Benefits of Counselling

Counselling with Margaret Tucker will offer you insights into yourself and illuminate any patterns that might be there.

Sometimes these patterns show up in relationships: I keep meeting women who… I keep meeting men who… or sometimes they show up in yourself: this keeps happening to me or I can’t seem to get where I want to be.

Counselling will increase your self-awareness and your intimacy with yourself.

Enhanced awareness allows you to make choices that are consistently positive for you and end patterns that no longer work for you.
